Angela
I was born and raised in Toronto.
From early childhood I always enjoyed helping people and making them smile. Growing up I always thought about what career I could do to continue helping people smile.
After visiting the dentist throughout my childhood and seeing a difference in how I felt, I decided that a career in Dental Hygiene was meant for me. In 2015 I enrolled in the dental hygiene program at Cambrian College and began my journey. Over my academic years I gained a lot of clinical experience and did a lot of dental work in the community, such as providing dental hygiene care at the local long term care clinic and the Sudbury Samaritan Center. I also visited elementary schools in the city to educate children and families regarding their oral hygiene, which grew my passion even more.
As a hygienist at Alderwood Family Dentistry I enjoy meeting new patients and continuing to make my patients smile. It brings a smile on my face knowing I made a difference in a person’s life during their visit.
In my spare time I enjoy hanging out with my family, hiking and spending time traveling.
I am a registered Dental Hygienist under the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario. As well, I am a member of the Canadian Dental Hygiene Association and the Ontario Dental Hygiene Association.
